The Doggy Port FAQs
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, there will be no charge. However, for cancellations within 24 hours, there will be a 50% service charge.
Check-in: Between 7 am and 11 am (latest)
Check-out: Between 5 pm and 7 pm
Walks: Occur between 11 am – 1 pm and/or 1 pm – 3 pm, depending on the number of dogs for the day. If there are more than 8 dogs, we conduct one long walk. If there are less than 8, we have two shorter walks. Dogs will engage in playtime throughout the day, with scheduled 15-minute training tricks and breaks for cleaning.
The duration of a full grooming appointment typically ranges around 2-3 hours, although this may vary depending on your dog’s size and breed. We take pride in providing a personalized experience, with one dedicated groomer attending to one dog at a time. You can rest assured that your furry companion won’t be left waiting in a queue.

For our services, all dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines. For daycare and overnight boarding, dogs need to be neutered or spayed, therefore we generally accept them from 6 months of age and up.
Creating an appointment is easy! Visit our website at www.thedoggyport.com, create a profile, fill in all the necessary information, sign the agreement, upload your dog’s vaccination records, provide your credit card information, and then select your appointment from our available schedule.
